Trees

Trees are second only to the lakes in setting the ambiance of the camp. The rules are pretty straight forward. If you want to cut it, be it branch or tree, get permission.

To get permission either contact a member of the forestry committee or submit a request for tree removal. The forms for tree removal are on the forms page. Non emergency requests are reviewed at regular board meetings that generally occur in the months of May, July, and September. Emergency requests should go through a forestry committee member or the executive committee. Minor requests for removing a nagging branch can go through a committee member and typically you will not need to wait for a meeting.
